7-Day Panchakarma Programme
The classical detox, run properly, with a doctor in the room. Seven consecutive days of preparation, elimination and rebuilding, designed for your constitution after a full consultation.
The package runs 7 consecutive days and includes physician consultations, daily therapy, elimination therapy, herbal medicines, ayurvedic diet and follow-up.
Introduction to services
Physician consultations Day 0 assessment, day 4 review, day 7 discharge plan.
Daily therapy 2–3 hours each day: Abhyanga, Swedana, Shirodhara, Kizhi or Nasya as indicated.
Elimination therapy Virechana or Nasya on the prescribed day, with full monitoring.
Herbal medicines All internal formulations for the seven days.
Ayurvedic diet Lunch daily plus a written kitchen plan for your other meals.
Follow-up A video or phone review at week four, with herb adjustment included.

Before you book
Is accommodation included?
No — the programme is day-based. We hold rates with three partner guesthouses within five minutes' walk in Lakeside, from USD 25 a night, and will book on your behalf.
Who should not do Panchakarma?
We decline during pregnancy, acute infection, uncontrolled diabetes, cardiac instability, or while on certain medications. The day-0 screening exists precisely to catch this, and we refund in full if we turn you away.
Will I be able to sightsee?
Lightly, on days 1–3 and 6–7. Day 5 is bed rest.
